Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on most products sold in our online pharmacy. 

For any reason if you wish to return yor order or part of the order you must send it as unopened or unused condition.

Products must be retuened to

Order number must be quoted prominently on the courier. 

All returns must be in their original condition, including any original packaging, and must include order number. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

Refund will not be issued for onetime use items , cosmetics and non returnable products. Medicines must be in same quantity as ordered.

Upon verification refund will be issued, if you have placed an COD order , we will contact you by email/Phone to get your Bank details for refund issuance.

Decision of our Pharmacist will be final.
