Cancellation Policy

Save On Medicines cancellation policy. 

•    Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 
•    There is no cancellation of orders placed once the item has been shipped. Typically all orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. If there is a delay in shippment you will be informed over phone and or Email/SMS. You can cancel the order till the time its shipped from our stores. 

•    Save On Medicines does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items and items which are placed under special and discounted rates. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. 

•    In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items , please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. 

•    In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to manufacturers directly. 



Save On Medicines Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any items that is shipped, All items sold on our website Save On Medicines is non refundable. No items which have been shipped will be accepted for refund unless the shipped product is proved defective while shipping from our store/ware house. For ex: An entire batch of products which are defective which have been mistakenly sent despite our rigours quality checks will be refunded.

Returns are accepted in the following scenarios

1) Delivered products dont match the order. Except for wrong ordering
2) if The Delivered product is within 3 months of expiry* Except for short life products.
3) Damaged in transit. if you suspect damage.

Opened bottles , medicine strips , cosmetics , perishable items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund is possible only if we get back the product in undamaged & unopened condition.
